Income Report

As communicated to the market in the notice published on February 9, 2024, during the year 2024, the Stock bookkeeping services was transferred from BANCO BRADESCO S.A. (“Bookkeeping bank”) to BTG PACTUAL SERVIÇOS FINANCEIROS S.A. DTVM (“New Bookkeeping bank”) on February 19, 2024. In this context, shareholders who held a position in the Company throughout the year need receive two Income Statements, which are complementary for Income Tax declaration purposes, corresponding to the period before and after the transfer of the bookkeeping service, respectively.

Below are further guidelines and important information regarding access to the Income Statements:

BTG PACTUAL SERVIÇOS FINANCEIROS S.A. DTVM:

The Income Statements will be made available exclusively in digital format through the Investor Portal. For investors who do not yet have access to the platform[1], it can be requested via the “First access?” field available on the Portal’s homepage, following the step-by-step instructions described in the manual.

BANCO BRADESCO S.A.:

To obtain the Income Statement for the period before the transfer, shareholders must contact the Bookkeeping bank through the following channels:

Additionally, if further information or guidance is needed to obtain the Income Statement, the related website provides a “Questions” section, which also includes a support phone number available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM: (11) 4020-5347. The support team will assist with access to the correspondence portal.

Lastly, investors are responsible for keeping their registration data properly updated with their custodians, as this information is considered for communication and tax purposes.
